SEVEN OCEANS is Arturo de Frías' most ambitious and most spectacular photographic project. It has required travel, over five years, to more than 40 marine spaces – the most beautiful and remote corners of our oceans.
Mythical places like Maldives, Polynesia, Red Sea, Raja Ampat, Bahamas, Guadeloupe, Sulawesi, the fjords of northern Norway, Svalbard, or South Georgia.
Seven Oceans presents fantastic images of the most iconic fauna: whales, sperm whales, orcas, white shark, tiger shark, giant hammer shark, dolphins, mola-mola, etc. Underwater, intimate images, many of them taken less than a meter from these giants of the sea.
The ultimate end of Seven Oceans, of course, is conservationist: fall in love, through images, to inspire everyone to preserve the incredibly beautiful but fragile nature of our planet.
